We are looking to hire a VP, Artist relations to lead our strong and focused talent team and extract the best out of them We are looking for someone with experience working directly with artists and or have close working relationships with management teams. Our business involves a high level of contact with both the establishment (agencies & labels) as well as direct with talent and thus someone that is flexible and understands the difference between how to engage the two is essential.
We are looking for someone to own the talent acquisition of artists, which is not limited to musicians but also covers digital talent and established influencers. Someone with a strategic focus and able to handle multiple stakeholders is essential. This position reports directly to the CEO who covers both Product Development and Topline Artist Strategies.
A knowledge or experience in content creation is beneficial though not essential. A knowledge or experience in digital is beneficial though not essential.
