Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives by focusing their effort on diversifying the broadcast sales portfolio and penetrating growth business categories
• Build a culture based on hunting and new business development with unmatched client service
• Ability to identify and attract high-performance sales talent and build a successful team to ensure continued growth
• Recognized top-performer with inexhaustible energy, strong goal-orientation and ability to coach team members at all levels
• Strong understanding of utilizing lead generation, CRM/SFA and account management resulting in incremental growth
• Being a solutions based thinker in management of budgeting, strategic account planning and extensive understanding of financial statements
