We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Research
ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The Coordinator, Research provides administrative support to the SVP of Research and both the Los Angeles and New York Research Departments. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: tracking and maintaining department budget including invoice management, as well as pulling and delivering Nielsen overnights and weekly reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tracks and maintains department budget including invoice management.
• Pulls and delivers Nielsen overnight reports
• Pulls weekly Nielsen rating reports as needed
• Pulls MRI audience profile reports
• Assists with program testing and focus groups
• Proof reads research reports
• Edits and develops PowerPoint presentations
• Schedules meetings, answers phones, and coordinates conference calls.
• Maintains Research Library
• Arranges departmental travel
• Processes department's expense reports and purchase orders
• Files, and manages mail
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years' experience
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
• Previous experience with Nielsen ratings (Galaxy, Npower)
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to interface with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, challenges and tasks concurrently while working in a fast-paced environment
