Job Title: Music/Talent Coordinator.
Summary: Entry-level role to support senior staff in all aspects of music supervision, celebrity talent and the intellectual property clearance process as well as brand as client prospecting research. We are looking for someone who likes working with and supporting others, is flexible, extremely organized, and relentless when it comes to getting challenging things accomplished. Must be extremely current on music and celebrity gossip/trends including knowledge of past talent and music advertising/branding relationships. Essentially, a human library filled with a plethora of information on different entertainment properties and their cultural relevance. Someone with the passion and persistence to find the right song or celebrity to match creative briefs for advertising campaigns is critical for this position. They will be driven by their passion and will push the envelope above and beyond what is expected of them.
Job requirements include: 1+ years of entertainment experience, music supervision or licensing preferred. This position requires:

• Experience with iTunes and Microsoft Office, Mac and PC proficient
• Organization and time management
• Multitasking and prioritizing abilities
• Ability to thrive in a small business environment
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Desire to learn.
The primary responsibility of this role is research, music database maintenance, music/talent supervision and licensing of intellectual properties for commercial campaigns including music, musical artists, talent, film clips, television shows, animation, photographs, printed material, artwork, literature, etc. Advancement will include collaborating with record labels and publishing companies, advertising agencies, brands, musical artists, talent agents and artist management companies. Must have knowledge of the entertainment industry and should have a passionate ear & eye for all things pop culture. MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER.
