JOB TITLE: Director of Operations/Office Manager
ABOUT US: Creative License is a strategic entertainment marketing consultancy headquartered in New York City with offices around the world that helps Fortune 500 brands and their advertising agencies identify and secure the best fit of popular music, celebrity talent, and/or intellectual property for their advertising, marketing, and PR campaigns. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the first voice of our company, you are responsible for setting the tone for all office business. You answer phones and greet guests, manage IT internally and interface with external IT team, making sure that all IT problems are timely and successfully addressed. You also negotiate vendor relationships, manage company website, maintain and direct scheduling of all office business, conduct brand and business development research as needed, and hire and manage interns when applicable. As an office manager, you oversee all office maintenance and purchase of office supplies as well as personally assist the CEO.

• Strong, confident, ''take charge'' individual who doesn't get flustered when faced with challenges, no matter how big or small.
• A person for whom ''no'' is NOT an answer.
• Thorough, organized, detail-oriented, seasoned multi-tasker with a keen ability to prioritize.
• A driven person always aiming to find ''outside the box'' creative solutions to problems.
• Self-aware, mature, thick-skinned individual with a sense of humor.
**** 1 year of administrative experience is required.
****Must be reasonably computer-savvy with Windows and MAC operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is essential, iTunes and Internet researching tools, as well as basic troubleshooting abilities. Photoshop, Illustration, HTML and other web design skills are a plus!
