Full Time Job
The world's leading full-service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support their corporate Human Resources department in Los Angeles. This assistant will directly report to one or more Human Resources Business Partners dedicated to supporting the day to day and strategic needs of various client groups across the business.
In addition to traditional administrative and clerical duties (i.e. answering multiple phone lines, follow up, and data tracking and entry) qualified assistants will take an active role in generalist work related to scheduling interviews and meetings, answering staff inquiries, utilizing the HRIS software to enter and track staff changes, and performing any special projects and ad hoc assignments as requested.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communications skills, have strong analytical problem solving capabilities, and demonstrate confidence in meeting tight deadlines, while managing multiple projects. Attention to detail is a must. Additional requirements include:
•Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources (or Administrative support role)
•Experience in the Entertainment/Media industry is preferred
•Ability to interact and thrive in a heavily team-based environment focused on collaboration
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience with ATS/HRIS systems is preferred
•Must have the ability to interface with senior-level executives
•Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
