Prestigious entertainment, sports and media agency is looking for an exceptional assistant to work for the Commercial Endorsements division.
Specific Skills Required
The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing administrative tasks. The individual should be detail oriented, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task. Strong interest and/or experience in casting, commercials, advertising, or marketing is a plus.
Administrative duties include: heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, research, cold calling, contract review, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, special projects and personal assistance as needed.
Additional Responsibilities Include
•Assist in the negotiation and maintenance of client-based relationships across motion picture, television, music and sports
•Draft, review, and revise talent agreements during and after negotiation of brand relationships
•Prepare press kits and materials to educate the marketplace regarding CAA commercial clients
•Review advertising and marketing materials on behalf of clients
•Work with accounting departments to ensure timely payments to clients
•Interact directly with clients, managers, publicists, and attorneys
Qualifications
•BA/BS from an accredited University or College
•At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, within the Entertainment Industry is a PLUS
•Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
•Must possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
•Must have ability to meet deadlines, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Team oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
