Prestigious Talent and Sports Agency is looking for an exceptional Assistant to work in our TV Department.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in non-scripted television working for an established agent representing Lifestyle, Talent, Production Companies.
Responsibilities will include: heavy phone volume, tracking incoming and outgoing calls, heavy calendar scheduling, expense reports, coordinating travel, etc. Will serve as first point of contact with clients and executives and should possess a professional, customer-service attitude.
Requirements
•BA/BS from an accredited University or College
•At least 1 years of relevant administrative experience within the Entertainment Industry
•Excellent phone demeanor required
•Ability to stay ''one step ahead'' at all times
•Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized
•Experience working with talent is a plus
•Must be adept at problem solving and thinking quick on his/her feet
•Needs to perform well under pressure
