THE ROLE
This new role will have the unique opportunity to support and implement the strategy of the Emerging Talent Program and Assistant Bootcamp.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Primary facilitator for the Assistant Bootcamp experience on a monthly basis, including, and not limited to:
o Phone skills training
o Customer Service (in-person and on the phone)
o Scheduling
o Professional Etiquette
o Presence
• Assign certification training requirements and test for skill mastery upon completing, including:
o Microsoft Office
o Keynote
o Business Knowledge
o CAA Specific Applications
• Design and/or update training content for Assistant Training and Bootcamp, including:
o PowerPoint Presentations
o Participant Materials
o Exercises/Activities
• Manage and report on learning analytics, and identify areas of improvement for the experience
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, talent management processes, and/or HR
• Strong project management, analytical abilities and business acumen
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience delivering results in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience within the media/entertainment industry is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in program design and facilitation, both face to face and virtual experiences (webcasts, podcasts, etc.)
• Experience supporting rotational programs
• Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
• Proactive and a self-starter attitude - willing to ''roll up sleeves'' and work on details
