This role provides administrative support for our IT Executive who manages acquisition integrations, and is responsible for setting meeting agenda, managing orders and invoices, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as answering and placing calls, managing calendar appointments, reserving conference rooms, preparing correspondence and receiving visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Compose departmental communications
• Manage calendar appointments
• Reserve conference rooms
• Draft correspondence
• Receive visitors
• Research topics and provide analysis
• Manage orders and invoices
• Manage expense reports
• Composing and maintaining meeting minutes
• Drive planning for departmental meetings (collecting articles, metrics)
• Prepare presentations (monthly staff meeting and when needed)
• Daily interaction with staff to manage directives of the IT Executive
