Responsibilities include:
1. Cue Sheet: preparation of cue sheets using Final Cut / Premiere. The cue sheet is used to identify information for clearing the copyrights. Information will include the songwriter/composer name, contact, song title, duration, as well as a breakdown of when and for how long the song(s) is used in the film, video, or advertisement. The cue sheets must be accurate in order to determine the proper splits of royalty payments, seeing that the artists, publishing company, and any other copyright holder are paid appropriately.
2. Music server management - update the Music server by downloading links and uploading CDs, converting to AIFF, use renaming script and File to server accordingly.
3. Work closely with the internal IT department to maintain Music server management.
4. Applicant must have experience with iTunes, FCP, Premiere, Microsoft Office Excel.
5. Applicant must be extremely detail oriented.
6. Applicant must be wiling to work late nights and heavy overtime.
