The Role:
In this high-impact role, you'll help build CORRAL 360's online presence and be primarily responsible for distributing all branded content in social media (YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Create, curate and maintain CORRAL 360 accounts in every major social network
Device a specific strategy to grow CORRAL 360 followers and audience in every major social network;
Maximize social media reach and engagement of our branded content
Drive a culture of innovation and accountability
Contribute with ideas to optimize content development processes and tools for CORRAL 360, from idea generation to measuring and reporting results to clients
About you:
You are:
**Bilingual - English and Spanish proficiency
A Facebook-algorithm hacker. Verified on Twitter. A LinkedIn influencer. A well-known Redditor. A Tumblr guru, a master Instagrammer. You can identify cool brand posts from lame brand posts
You spend a lot of time on the web, particularly on your mobile phone, scouting digital news and entertainment sites and in social media. If someone read out loud to you a written article randomly chosen from BuzzFeed / Mashable / The New York Times, you would be able to identify the publisher within seconds.
Comfortable working in a rapidly-changing start-up environment and wearing multiple hats. You take ownership and get it done.
A self-started problem-solver. Able to work independently, with limited supervision. Organized and detail-oriented, a good planner who can prioritize and multi-task.
Good relationship builder. You influence cross-functional without formal authority
A hard-worker
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelors' degree or equivalent
A demonstrable high-impact personal social media presence (followers, awards, etc.)
3-5 years of professional social media management experience.
Branded Content expertise (working with brands on content-driven campaigns, ideally at an ad agency or at a publisher) is a plus
HTML / Interactive Design / Video production and Editing skills are not required, but are a plus

CORRAL 360 is based out of Los Angeles, CA and was founded by Alex Corral and Ex-Fox TV executive Emiliano Calemzuk. Within four months of the launch, the Latino start up closed deals with HULU and The Chrysler Group/Ram Trucks via their first original production known as ''Los Cowboys''.
Full-time salary commensurate with experience.
