Senior Manager, Brand Integration/Production
Essential Job Function
• Primary role is to responsibly lead all negotiation efforts with for paid brand integration agreements with producers and/or decision makers. (This process uses our BEN system for value estimation and opportunity identification)
• Generate global product placement opportunities within all forms of content (feature films, television, digital, music video) for clients.
• Help to develop and maintain relationships with content creators (producers, studios, networks)
• Collaborate with BEN Sales & Client Engagement teams to deliver against media plans and contracts for BEN clients.
• Ability to translate BEN client objectives into storylines and pitch to producers, studios, or networks (stakeholders)
• Partners with BEN Client Engagement teams & management in assuring appropriate account and division margins through strong budget control
• Professionally represent and present BEN and its value proposition to the creative community, including stakeholders from an executive level to below-the-line.

• Strong working relationship with BEN Sales and BEN client engagement teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in the entertainment industry at the production, network and studio levels.
• Provides thematic counsel and supervision for all program development and presentation.
• Pursues and closes opportunities.
• Provides overall strategic direction and counsel to BEN Sales, Client Engagement and Celebrity teams beyond core program implementation
• Maintain ongoing education and understanding of BEN clients’ marketing goals
• Is an effective people manager/leader; motivates and serves as a role model
• Maintains consistent creativity that meets or exceeds quality standards
• Has superior understanding of marketing and branding principles and applies them to client’s business
• Recognizes that business results should be measurable and specific
• Prioritizes work for multi-level teams and manages multiple assignments successfully
• Is sought out by peers and coworkers for strategic thinking, creativity, and business expertise
• Identifies gaps and critical issues in programs, projects, strategies; clarifies complex problems, ideas, issues
• Has extensive knowledge and contact in the affiliated industries of clients.
• Keeps current with all necessary training and development requirements to ensure clients receive the highest level of service
• Is accessible to all team members and other employees as necessary to provide counsel, direction, guidance, etc.
• Is flexible and open to feedback and constructive criticism
• Assists others to resolve internal problems quickly and productively
• Communicates ongoing status of business and involves division/office management as appropriate
• Works successfully with corporate management and other departments, divisions, and offices and ensures that team members do the same
• Maintains composure and productivity under pressure; integrates values into internal and external dealings
Skills, Education and Experience
• 8-10 years of experience in branded entertainment, product placement, and media buying preferred.
• Entertainment experience required
• Strong Negotiation skills required
• Understanding of paid integration models required
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, especially using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments
• Effective people manager/leader; motivates and serves as a role model
• Has understanding of entertainment marketing and branding principles and applies them to client’s business
• Ability to communicate successfully up to senior management and down with all units within the organization
• Ability to assist others to resolve problems quickly and productively
• Is always professional in representing the client with clients, prospects, other employees, and in the business community. Maintains composure and productivity under pressure; integrates values into internal and external dealings
