• Oversee the creation of style guides and other brand documents
• Review and provide detailed direction to the design team around creative deliverables to ensure campaigns meet quality and consistency standards across all Corbis brands (Corbis Images, Corbis Motion, Veer, Splash), channels (digital, print, events, social), and media
• Evaluate the scope of projects, prioritize work, and manage resources to meet time and budget targets for marketing, advertising and design projects
• Provide creative direction and leadership on projects, guiding design teams in developing concepts
• Work with the team and other stakeholders to facilitate and efficiently coordinate project flow
• Manage cross-team relationships with other UI/UX and technology teams
• Lead design brainstorming and work sessions
• Act as a creative thought-leader within the organization, providing perspective and driving innovation
• Maintain subject matter leadership and professional development through active participation in global and/or local design community groups
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience personally creating and directing teams in creating beautiful, user-centered designs
• Experience evaluating creative briefs and other marketing-related deliverables
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Flash skills a plus)
• Experience creating and/or implementing marketing and communication objectives
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and other external resources in the delivery of creative assets
