Purpose:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with Corbis’ hiring guidelines and policies. You will provide support to the Recruiting function in various, customer-serving aspects of employment from coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews through the offer process. In this role you will interact with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and potential candidates/applicants. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all Recruitment Activity within the Seattle office to include the following: Scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms and preparing offer letters; Create and distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g., applications, forms, offer letters and new hire materials.
• Partner with recruiting team to manage ATS information including management of requisition approval, job description creation, posting of roles, extension to job boards and accurate movement through recruiting pipeline.
• Expand the social media strategy for recruiting, working with marketing to ensure our external website reflects our candidate value proposition in a clear, meaningful way and drive enhanced presence and engagement via social media sites including Linked In, Facebook, glassdoor.com, etc.
• Manage the contingent work-force process from ensuring clients create/obtain MSA/SOW approval through to CW system entrance and exit, adhering to Corbis’ Contingent Worker Policy.
• Drive recruiting reporting including open jobs report, new hire report, pipeline reporting and status updates.
• Initiate & Track employee referral payouts, including the Annual Drawing process.
• Coordinate the Preferred Vendor Program from annual RFP and New Vendor selection process through to management of resources referred through vendor program; ensure all vendors adhere to the program guidelines.
• Coordinate the Intern Program across all client groups including solicitation of intern requisitions, event planning, intern application management and selection process, on-boarding and engagement.
• Planning and execution of successful recruiting events that align with the overall recruiting strategy including, but not limited to job fairs, technical talks, briefing events, etc.
• Provide sourcing support to identify qualified candidates that meet current and future requisition needs; ability to contribute to pipeline development across all client segments.
• Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in process development and process improvement teams.
• Responsible for maintaining legal, corporate and process compliance of all recruiting activities.
• Other duties, projects and tasks as assigned.
Contacts:
This position has frequent contact with all levels of Corbis employees and managers. This position also has frequent contact with job applicants, vendors, recruiters, consultants, and other outside callers.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field or equivalent experience required
• Requires 3 years of administrative experience in a fast paced environment; human resource or recruiting coordinator experience desirable.
• Must have demonstrated experience in establishing structure, policies, process and documentation.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing successful social media footprint through a variety of methods and tactics
• Must have strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Requires flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions.
• Requires strong PC skills using Excel, Word and PC Windows’s applications.
• Familiarity with human resources information systems required; SAP and Jobvite experience preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting process and procedure, including awareness of local, federal and state employment law including FLSA, EEO, etc.
• The individual must be a self-starter with a high degree of work ethic.
• Ability to make quick, yet sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• The ability to seek out clients and issues in a pro-active manner.
