Essential Job Function
• Support Production Manager in day-to-day requests and activities
• Support production team when needed, including communicating and receiving approval from Manager
• Be a positive ambassador for CE and our clients both internally and on-set
• Team Work: Proactively contribute to the efforts of the Production team in securing on-screen placement and integration for CE clients
• Develop and maintain key production, studio, and network contacts
• Create and distribute weekly feature film & TV opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date production information in CE database for current feature films and television shows
• Manage ongoing calendar of television filming schedule and releases
• Research trades and industry resources for upcoming production opportunities for CE clients
• Create and maintain monthly/internal Placement Newsletter (to be distributed to global offices)
• Assist production team in developing placement strategies for roster of CE clients
• Assist with deliveries and on-set outreach for production team
• Manage loan contracts in the database
• Participate in client set visits when requested
• Participate and represent Production team at CE functions and requested client-sponsored events
• Track, scan and report on tv & film productions
• Create coverage reports for CE clients
• Manage external supplier’s (invoicing); couriers, newspapers etc.
• Participate in all requested company meetings
• Successfully navigate and maintain CE database
• Successfully learn client ordering systems when/if necessary
• Maintain ongoing education and understanding of CE clients’ program goals and initiatives; contribute and participate in activation of placement programs.
Skills, Education and Experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience in an entertainment environment
• Experience in TV & feature film production or entertainment industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, especially using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments
• Has understanding of marketing and branding principles and applies them to client’s business
• Ability to assist others to resolve problems quickly and productively
• Is always professional in representing the client with clients, prospects, other employees, and in the business community. Maintains composure and productivity under pressure; integrates values into internal and external dealings
