Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person who will deal exclusively with entertainment news stories, coordinating directly with clients by driving the production and audience growth of our English, Spanish, German and French language packaged and hosted celebrity news video clips that are broadcasted digitally around the world.
Responsiblities:
• Identify, test, and create best practices to drive audience growth online and in social media.
• Devise and execute strategies to grow SNTV viewership. This includes working with all aspects of audience development, including:
o Data Analysis
o Product Development
o Video Curation
o Marketing
o Business Development
o Ad Revenue Partnerships
• Set best practices for SNTV.
• Work closely with clients and potential clients to showcase SNTV for inclusion on:
o Client Websites
o Video Players
o New Technologies and Platforms
• Work cross functionally with strategic partnerships, marketing, product and data teams to execute on audience development initiatives.
• Curate video to selected sites for promotion
• Create and present best practices to partners as well as internal teams and provide key trainings, seminars and workshops.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in audience growth/social media management.
• Flexible, adaptive thinker who can quickly get up to speed on new ideas, fill in the gaps and execute
• Proven track record of building audience at other media brands
• Familiarity with online publishing and media is a must; familiarity and fandom of the celebrity is a huge plus
• Strong ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with clients
• Ability to understand varying needs and anticipating solutions
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, define audience development patters and growth metrics, and deliver recommendations based on data.
• Self-starter
• Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Online media savvyness is a must
• Strong interest in video and interest in bbeing a part of an innovative team forging new ground
• Demonstrated ability to drive viewership or online growth preferred.
• Strong SEO, SEM and all search-related data skills a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment preferred.
• Interest in celebrity a plus.
