Confirmed is a luxury full-service experiential entertainment agency specializing in connecting select individuals and corporations with celebrities, musicians, athletes, and influencers while also providing premium access to in-demand live music, sports, theatre, film, and television events all around the world.
Since our company's inception in 2007, we have experienced steady growth and have offices in Santa Monica, California and New York City (with plans currently underway to open a London office). We are looking for like-minded Entertainment Professionals that will maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality to add to our Santa Monica team.
We are hiring Entertainment Agents to provide our members with their own dedicated experience professional who will thoroughly understand their tastes and interests. With our diverse team spanning sports, music, Broadway and every corner of entertainment, we provide our members with an unforgettable VIP experience each and every time.
Our pay structure is a base plus commission, and individual returns will rely heavily upon the performance of the employee. Our company is at the very beginning of what we believe to be a large growth stage, and we would like to provide the opportunity of a lifetime for a few hardworking sales professionals.
Job description
- Identifies potential in relationships through good business practices and research.
- Utilizes potential in accounts by studying current business; working with both consumer and business clients; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Create relationships with, and manage, talent and talent teams; Bring opportunities from clientele to talent to build both relationships and future opportunities.
- Develops revenue through initial presentation; finding niche within potential clients' business model; explaining service enhancements and benefits; introducing new options, services and events.
- Creates partnerships by overcoming objections; self-educating on competition; preparing contracts.
- Contributes to sales and PR strategies by evaluating current event and service results; identifying needs to be fulfilled; addressing and relaying client feedback.
- Modernizes role/industry knowledge by participating in all opportunities to grow; reading publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in organizations.
