Seeking an office manager to oversee front office and handle day to day accounting, human resources and administration of a growing transactional entertainment law practice.
This is a very busy, multi-faceted job that requires management of front office and oversight of support to lawyers. Detailed and time sensitive work relating to accounting including preparing and issuing invoices/statements oversight of all receivables, account payables, P&L statements in tandem with a bookkeeper, reviewing time entry from attorneys, budgeting, preparing a cash flow for the firm. Participating and directly involved in organizing weekly staff meetings.
This is a position working directly with the managing partner of the firm. Other job duties will include event planning, project managing, all technical initiatives for the firm, human resources and strategizing for the growth and overall development of the business and culture of the firm.
We need a highly organized, competent and detail oriented manager who can handle a busy practice and whose tasks will include administrative support as well.

Skills preferred:
At least two years as an office manager in a law firm
Pro Law client management software experience preferred.
Experience in working with client/billing software required
Proficient in Microsoft word, outlook and excel
Understanding of bank reconciliations, preparation of payroll documentation and reviewing/preparing financials for a law firm
Computer/technology experience preferred
Tough, thick-skinned multitasker who can execute efficiently and who ''gets things done''
