A great entertainment company is looking for a talented Illustrator to join its team on a project basis. You will be working by hand [though if you know digital that is a major bonus] on storyboards, concept art and visual reference for a host of different projects. You will be drawing people, animals and environments with special attention paid to scale and proportion. You will work on multiple projects, including quick, gestural sketches to more detailed renderings.
You should have:
- Experience in professional illustration
- Excellent hand skills [pencil, pen, gouache, marker comps]
- The ability to take on different styles of illustration [realistic versus cartoonish etc.]
- Experience with storyboards or drawing environments
- Digital abilities [ Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop] give you extra credit
This is an on-site freelance position in Los Angeles. Please, no remote offers. |
