Are you a super detailed HR Coordinator in Los Angeles looking for new opportunities? Do you have 2-3 years of Human Resources administrative experience (REQUIRED)? Great, keep reading! Our client is a well known, world wide entertainment company and is seeking a new HR Coordinator to handle a variety of important responsibilities in the department, including assigning floaters and temps to daily assignments as needed, approving and tracking vacation and sick time requests, managing any timesheet issues with accounting department, and supporting the onboarding process and life-cycle of new employee hires.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED)
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (REQUIRED); entertainment experience is a plus
- Full fluency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comprehension of HRIS, I9, and e-verify practices (preferred)
- A good base knowledge of the entertainment industry
