This is a Full Time Job
A major Entertainment Company in Los Angeles seeks an organized and creative Assistant for the EVP of Worldwide Publicity and Corporate Communications. In this role, you will handle all admin duties, like rolling calls, scheduling, and expense reports, as well as coordinate with talent, filmmakers and talent representatives. You will also help escort talent and execs at premieres and events, and liaise with other departmental assistants.
You should have:
• 3+ years experience in Publicity (Entertainment preferred)
• Excellent Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
• Bachelors degree
• Experience making travel arrangements and great follow-through
This is a temp-to-permanent position in Los Angeles paying between $16 - $18/hr on the temp side and salary DOE + benefits if and when it goes full time. For consideration, please email your resume
