Advertising Director – Hispanic Market

A great cross cultural ad agency is looking for a strong bilingual [Spanish] Regional Director to join its team. In this role you will be responsible for the agency strategy and client development, across all media. You will oversee the internal staff, but most importantly, managed close relationships with cornerstone clients. You will use your expertise with automotive/dealer clients to develop thoughtful and effective presentations outlining innovative and creative approaches to Hispanic auto advertising.

The successful candidate will have:
8+ years of experience in Hispanic advertising
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong experience in automotive industries at the dealer level [tier 2]
Strong knowledge of the Hispanic market in California, including consumer insights
Great leadership abilities
A vested interest, as well as experience in, the automotive industry
