Details: This posting is an update with more defined requirements/experience/responsibilities. Now... I am scouring the internet for a needle-in-a-haystack!

Devotee of the Arts? Have executive assistant experience working for Sr Level Exec, Exec Floor? 3, 5 or so years and:

-Excellent communication skills combined with a well-rounded background, and an engaging personality? Here is an opportunity to join a world renown company in a visible position with a bird's eye view of the world of entertainment and performance.

The requirements are stringent and many:

-Experience coordinating complex international travel and some special events experience e.g. cast parties, premiers to be able to help out.

- Your prime responsibility is correspondence written as the sr. exec., not on behalf of.. so fantastic writing skills are requisite to succeed in this position. Write as the executive -in the words of the executive not on behalf of... so you need to write like a genius. (Not so easy)
This includes: business correspondence and transcribing all correspondence

- Correpondence can be E.g. business letters to artists, entertainment companies (record, management companies, booking/talent agencies) heads of corporations, the who's who, etc.)

- Good Grammar, command of the English language (vocabulary) are, of course requisite to being successful in this position.

- Experience supporting a Sr Exec, SVP, Pres. GM - in a permanent job 4+ years

- A passion for the arts, whether it is theatre, music (Pop & or Classical, Opera) would enable you to identify with others working at this company and know the people to whom you might be writing. (not rap:)

- Someone sophisticated, well educated-the better the school the better! (grad school education is fine as long as experience as been as an assistant to a sr executive)

- Computer proficiency word, excel

Working at this company you will feel the creativity flowing through the offices. This position is only for someone who has the breadth of experience working for a Sr level exec and has worked with demanding/varying personalities.

Hours 9-6 some days and others 11-8 with flexibility for late nights and some weekends. Benefits are great! Perks include, attending cast parties, events and of course performances.

This is not jr role. No recent grads need apply. This job is Not production related. No freelancers.

There is no use in applying if you are not local to the NYC area (living in the heart of the city -a Manhattan resident is preferred)
Interviews have already begun- so if there is an interest on your behalf --send your stellar C.V. sooner than later.
Salary: Salary market priced for this level
