Seeking an organized, meticulous and flexible Administrator to provide exceptional right-hand support launching antique furniture & textile website.
Overview and Responsibilities:
~Maintain website after launch
~Inventory control and corresponding website management
~Coordinate shipping and receiving
~Cultivate relationships with vendors and contacts
~Handle administrative work
~Facilitate designer inquiries
~Take charge of additional tasks and special assignments as required
Requirements:
~Bachelor's degree
~Tech and computer savvy, strength in Excel a must
~Passion for antiques and textiles helpful
~Must be able to maintain website with the help of IT support
~Previous work history related to Art, Antiques, or Interior Design preferred
~Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
~Meticulous organization and attention to detail
~Must be able to work independently
~Polished and professional demeanor in all situations
~Positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach
~High energy, remaining calm under pressure
~Must be a team player
~Must have valid driver's license
~Security background check will be required
