Busy Commercial Production House seeks full time Vault Manager/Awards Coordinator. If you have experience in post-production, posses strong multi-tasking and coordinating skills, work well under pressure, and are extremely well organized you could be the person we're looking for.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounts to reflect scheduled, in-progress, and completed post-production work.
Coordinate projects and obtain digital deliverables from external vendors
Website maintenance/management
Lead distribution for multimedia including videos, websites, and newsletters
Curate/archive historical work, organize digital archives, and track video assets
Online video asset management (create video reels, presentations, and promotional materials)
Responsible for Award Show Submissions
Various technical assistance and general office duties
Proactively respond to requests for information and assistance from those outside of the department.
Maintaining good relationships with editors, producer and freelance post teams
Must be willing to work full-time in our Santa Monica office
Computer skills/programs:
Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder
Adobe Creative Suite experience
Proficient with MS Office.
Mac OSX
Wordpress experience a plus
Wiredrive experience a plus
HTML experience a plus
Education/Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least one year experience with post production environments, procedures and schedules
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong organizational skills; multi-tasker, and detail-oriented with great follow-through.
