The Role:
We're looking for a Training Development Specialist to join Live Nation! You will be joining a growing Talent Development team where you will play a key role in creating and fostering our learning culture. Working from our Hollywood, CA office, you'll develop exciting blended learning programs and development experiences to support our employees' growth.
Responsibilities:
•Facilitate various training & development workshops for employees and leaders across multiple businesses
•Conduct formal and informal needs assessments to inform program design
•Create educational content for workshops, e-learning, and webinars including job aids, training guides, and participant materials
•Coordinate all elements and communication for training and employee development programs including scheduling, managing attendance, logistics planning and setup, materials creation, expense reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues
•Create relevant surveys and analyze data to track, maintain, and report on key training statistics in order to drive continual improvement of our exisiting development programs
•Partner with various members of our HR team to enhance our New Employee Onboarding experience
•Track, maintain and report training statistics
•Administer Harassment & Compliance Training programs and act as the primary point of contact for end users
•Serve as primary point of contact for vendor relationships & maintain contractural agreements
•Coordinate ETP Roster and Ambassador Program - promote and educate on use of attendance rosters, initiate incentive programs for Ambassadors and employees, maintain roster collection and tracking
Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree required, advanced degree preferred in psychology, organizational development, or related field
•Minimum 2+ years of training experience/background
•Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•A desire to roll up your sleeves and dig into something new and different everyday - adaptability is key!
•Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
•Proficient in adult learning techniques
•Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees
