Boutique concert promoting company looking for an in-house tour production coordinator.
Requirements/responsibilities include:
-Work w/ travel agency and coordinate all travel for touring party
-Advance technical and hospitality needs for all shows
-Source and contract vendors as needed
-Monitor staff progress and efficiency, hire and train production staff as needed
-Adheres to budget and tracking tour spending
-Maintain inventory of gear
-Creates daily/weekly itineraries for tour party and ensures information is distributed to the appropriate parties
-Manage stage, lights, sound crew as needed
-Organize files and have a system for past show files, settlements, etc
-Can multi-task and easily switch from project to project
-Can work well under pressure and can make clear decisions, sometimes with limited information and/or time
-Mac and PC literate
-Communicate with business manager, promoter, touring party, venue
-Clear understanding of deal structure and settlement process
-Minimum 3 years of tour and production experience strongly preferred
