The launching of a new shingle with chance for partnership or similar relationship.
We are two managers who are in the plans to launch a new shingle. We currently have financial backing and are looking to add two to three other managers or crossover agent to manager. Already on the team, a talent manager and a lit. manager. We are looking for other talent and lit. managers that want to be a part of something new: the chance to help structure a company and build a solid empire. The other mangers that we bring on board will be part of the solid foundation of this company.
The right candidates should be someone who want to be in a giving and open Team. One who shares success with others within the Team, everyone from the interns to the partners. The idea of weekly Team meetings, Team cocktail mixers, and bi weekly lunch or dinners provided for everyone via the company. Open to all Team opinions and thoughts while still guiding the ship and sharing the way you have learned works best. It will be a Team shingle not the usually certain people get 'all the goods' while others don't. We have both been there and don't want that environment. In success, all are successful.
Discreetness is completely understandable and every applicants resume and info will be kept highly confidential. We both understand this factor for we too are both leaving our positions at our current companies to launch this new shingle.
Ability to walk in with some of your existing client list a plus, but not mandatory. |
