Boutique Talent Management firm seeks highly motivated self-starter to join team as talent management assistant. Duties will include, but are not limited to: daily interaction with clients, agents and casting directors, scouting for talent, researching job opportunities for our actors, organizing information systems, marketing and branding of company and clients (especially social media platforms including but not limited to facebook, twitter, and instagram), industry research and networking, processing petty cash and client payments, maintaining contracts, and the hiring and overseeing of interns. Candidate must have strong communication skills, an out-going personality, a sense of humor, and most importantly high attention to detail. This is a full time job sometimes requiring work outside of normal 10-6 hours. Previous experience in agency, casting or management office a plus.
- PR, Marketing, Advertising, and Communication grads looking for experience in the entertainment field welcome.

*Interest and understanding of actors and the entertainment industry

*Tech Savvy (MUST KNOW: Excel, Word, Google docs, be comfortable with social media sites such as Linkdin, Facebook, IMDB, Twitter, Wikipedia, and have personal laptop to complete projects on)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable working in fast paced environment
*Comfortable taking on a leadership position and working as a part of a team
*Desire to work in Talent Management (Previous experience a plus!)
*An appreciation and respect for actors and their craft.
Salary commensurate with experience.
