We are a fast-paced agency that specializes in representing the best actors in the Southeast region for film, television, and commercial projects. We are seeking a new full time agent to manage our local New Orleans roster.
Candidate should have:
-Impeccable organizational skills
-Basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Outlook
-Adaptive to learn various talent software
-Knowledge of iMovie, Quicktime, Movie Maker, or comparable software and some videography skills
Duties will include:
-Managing talent schedules and bookings
-Fostering relationships with clients, talent, and casting directors
-Inputting talent information and detailed bookings into our talent system
-Be a liaison to our home office
Background in talent management or film production is preferred.
Office experience is required.
The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage current professional relationships, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, adapt to ever-changing projects, communicate efficiently with our home office, have great negotiation skills, and is an excellent multitask-er.
