Commercial Talent Agency seeks Talent Payment Processor for part-time position to track and process talent payments for actors.
Responsible for overscale and scale talents' accounts receivable for their work in commercials, personal appearances, voice-over, animation.
Job functions include basic accounting, processing booking cards, invoicing, data entry, tracking payments and manage renegotiations.
Must have knowledge and understanding of SAG-AFTRA Commercial contract.
Must have commercial talent payment experience.
Experience required: Basic accounting, accounts receivable, and office skills such as phones and PC computer with Windows Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with talent payment software is key.
Looking for a part-time (1 - 2 days a week depending on volume)
