Responsibilities include:
Helping with Breakdown Submissions
Writing Client Pitches
Assisting with General Office Management.
Making Phone Calls.
Prepping Appointments.
Coordinating Calendars and Schedules
Letter Writing
Assisting with Real Estate Properties
Posting on Social Media
Performing other Related Duties as Assigned
The Right Candidate will have:
- A desire to work in the industry
- Internet and computer savvy
- Working knowledge of Mac OS, MS Office, Excel, Word and Dropbox.
- Social Media Knowledge: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, ect.
- Great Organizational Skills
- A great sense of humor and be able to be flexible.
