A cool, hip, thriving organization is seeking an amazing Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team.
You will do the following:
Source, interview, and hire the best talent to meet the agency needs
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers on developing staffing plans to support current and future needs
Build a continuous talent pipeline while representing the agency brand and culture
Create social media recruitment strategy that is aligned with agency goals
Manage and mentor junior talent team members who embody the spirit of Challenge, Collaboration, Culture, and Compassion
Improve current recruitment strategies and spearhead innovative ways to attract talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruitment briefs, job descriptions, and guide them through the hiring process
Partner with HRBP to liaise between Finance and Hiring Managers to ensure talent needs are budgeted (prior to interviews) and approved (prior to hire)
Cultivate strong relationships with candidates via open communication to ensure they receive the best experience through the hiring process
Attend industry/networking events, conferences, and campus recruitment events
Partner with HRBP on data analysis, compensation/rewards, and learning/development
