Seeking a full-time SUPERVISING PRODUCER for a new kids-focused digital series for a major global entertainment brand. Must be enthusiastic, creative, and knowledgeable about SUPER HEROES! This position will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and day-to-day management of a small production team creating weekly video content for boys and girls aged 7-to-12. The producer will also be working directly with on-air talent aged 10-14 and is required to pass a BACKGROUND CHECK.
Key Candidate Requirements:
Extensive production experience - studio shoots as well as field shoots
Strong instincts for knowing what makes great content for YOUNG FANS
Leadership
Excellent organization
Creativity & whimsy
Writing ability a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Develop episode concepts while continuing to refine and evolve the show creative alongside Executive Producer
Create detailed production plans for shooting and editing episodes alongside Production Management
Working with young on-air talent and their parents to create a comfortable, fun, and productive on-set environment
Assigning and supervising workload of production team on a show that is in pre-pro/production/post simultaneously
Delivery of episodes for air
Managing feedback from the client and maintaining a positive and responsive relationship between the production and stakeholders
