Part Time Producer/Writer/Anchor position.
Looking for candidates with sports reporting experience. Position would require up to 20 hours of work each week. Weekly tasks include producing the weekly 30 minute sports program featuring all local sports, from little league up to high school, college and league sports. Weekly reporting on site as well as writing in the office will be required, along with editing packages.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in broadcast journalism or have equivalent field/job experience in broadcasting. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of sports, have on air experience and flexibility in your schedule.
This position would be a great stepping stone for candidates looking to break into the larger sports broadcasting industry. One year minimum commitment required. Must live in Southern California. No out of state or out of LA area residents please. Candidates must be able to work on various days throughout the week. If you have a full time job, do not apply.
