Bpg (Big Picture Group) is an award winning, fully integrated advertising agency creating cohesive campaigns through digital, print and broadcast, from concept all the way through to the finished product. We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to add to our bpg Interactive team. The primary responsibilities for this position is to help ideate, execute and report on social media specific campaign initiatives.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
• 2-3 years of experience working with social media platforms as a way of marketing/advertising (experience in the entertainment/studio space or advertising agency field )
• Experience being the point of client communications and ability to clearly articulate goals, executions and strategies
• Ability to work with creative team to turn strategy into best in class content and social media campaign execution
• Experience compiling reports and using social listening to qualify strategies
• Able to recognize and develop creative concepts that hit strategic goals of clients
• Flexible under tight timelines
• On top of emerging trends within social media space
• Sharp attention to detail and a positive, proactive, and unflappable approach
• Problem solver with an eye for innovative solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to juggle multiple projects at once, be quick on their intellectual feet, and be solutions oriented.
Candidates should have:
• Strong social media understanding and knowledge of current social media trends and emerging platforms
• Ability to translate this understanding into executable campaigns
• Creative mind who can clearly articulate ideas and concepts
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
• The ability to self start, take initiative and solve problems
