Job Brief:
Social media start up, Social-Park, is looking for an upbeat, go getter to fill our social media manager/brand coordinator position. The Social Media Coordinator must be comfortable managing multiple projects and have an eye for detail. The candidate must be very comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, fluid environment. A ''can-do'' attitude and superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute must. Interns will be provided for you.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with in-house creative team to develop strategy, tactics and content that support and extend social media marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with clients to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for both influencers and clients.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize posts through analysis.
Assist with affiliate partnership outreach and management.
Conduct ongoing reporting to gauge posting effectiveness.
Identify and track relevant community metrics and influencer engagement.
Who You Should Be:
An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
Creative with a sense of humor
A talented multitasker with the ability to meet tight deadlines
An independent, fast learner
Open to change and implementing new strategies
A self-troubleshooter with strong and fast problem-solving skills
What You Should Have:
At least 1-2 years of social media marketing experience for brands and at least 1-2 years of experience with influencer relations.
Ability to maintain a personal and team content calendar.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
Project management skills.
A unique, personal voice with a willingness to adapt for any and every client.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $12-15/hr DOE
