We are looking for a sharp writer and skilled communicator to manage our entertainment clients' social media channels. This role has tremendous growth potential for someone who is thoughtful about words and using them creatively to achieve results.
Your day-to-day work will include developing content for social media channels, communicating with client partners about that content, and then evaluating how it performed after you hit ''send.'' You'll create original posts & content calendars, engage with the audience, manage social ad setup and optimization, and share your findings with both internal teams and the client. If you find true satisfaction when you discover just the right turn of phrase to clearly explain a complicated idea, we want to hear from you!
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of agency-side experience developing social media creative, editing copy and engaging with page visitors
• A demonstrable passion for and understanding of social media
• Flawless spelling and grammar
• Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
• Commitment to excellence - working nonstandard hours when necessary, communicating with diplomacy, and a natural instinct for identifying emerging platforms and trends to help drive innovation
• The desire and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to react to situations in real time with a clear head
• The charm to build relationships, both internal and with clients
• Experience with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other measurement tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac
• Knowledge of Hispanic Marketing and advertising is a plus
• Familiarity with social ad management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) is a plus
