The purpose of this role is to drive the growth of sales for all Company brands through strategic account management to meet global objectives and establish a strong relationship with named strategic accounts in order to gain market share.
• Promote Sales and growth through named Strategic Accounts regionally
• Sales of all Company brands to Strategic Accounts
• Profile Strategic Accounts and understand buying cycle and fiscal year and enter into CRM
• Profit Margin management of all brands (minimization of discounting)
• Collaborate with and support Channel Sales by directing accounts to purchase accordingly
• Implementing and reviewing KPI's and annual plans
• Create proposals/quotes for customers/potential customers and follow up accordingly
• Report regional sales weekly to direct manager and record them into the CRM system
• Work with Technical Group to ensure existing customers are receiving the attention they need
• Speak with customers about their current and future needs and report information back to direct manager and/or appropriate Product Manager/s
• Report information on competition to direct manager and/or appropriate Product Managers
• Monitor market pricing of Company brands as well as competitor brands and report to appropriate Product Managers
• Report information on strategic accounts, which may have elements in other regions, to the entire Strategic team
