You are:
-Looking to take your first steps in the entertainment industry.
-Social, you love talking to people you don't know well.
-Not afraid of a rejection. You think of it as one meeting nearer to a success. You know you need to find a way of reminding clients that say no today that you will be around tomorrow. You know they won't remember unless you remind them.
-Determined and have fabulous communications skills and more than that, a passion for the communications world.
We are seeking a passionate, smart and talented advertising production and post-production sales rep. The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 3 years of public relations, customer service or sales associate experience. Excellent writing skills, media relations experience, knowledge of social media and the ability to multi-task. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
Writing sample: when applying please submit a short sample email introducing yourself and your services to a new potential client.
Duties:
Help us move faster, and convince new clients to come along with you.
Schedule interviews/presentations with potential new clients
Provide support and service to clients when and how they want it (phone, email, chat, etc.) This might be after ''normal'' business hours.
Provide the highest level of service
Ability to nurture and maintain established business partnerships, as well as identify and develop new opportunities
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Develop and update clients data
Client growth strategy
Report to assigned executive producers on daily basis
Required to attend business events and dinners with clients.
Other tasks/duties as assigned
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
This is a communications position, so candidate must have a terrific presentation and a friendly, can-do attitude (no task is too big or too small).
Passionate self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior exposure or previous work experience in public relations, communications and publicity and themed entertainment strongly preferred.
Ability to travel domestically.
