Assists the Media and Account Management teams on all aspects of research in a timely, accurate and professional manner, including:
• Research
• Identify sources of data
• Prepare written summary or documentation of research
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with at least one-year relevant work experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Have an interest in the advertising field.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Utilization of 3rd party research tools to identify relevant information for campaigns.
• Sourcing, vetting and maintaining relationships with outside suppliers. Procurement of 3rd party data sources or tables that will enhance media and campaign analysis and insights for all Account Management.
• Coordinate organization and training on new research tools for team members.
• Monitor and ensure proper data management of all research by product category and/or client on designated servers.
• Train and utilize Tableau reporting dashboards.
• Develop research protocols for marketing services.
• Provide background support for new business efforts.
• Help maintain agency staff's awareness of research services provided.
• Provide data to support the agency's marketing, communications, and branding models.
• Keeps abreast of industry news and changes by monitoring industry publications and videos for enhancing competitive clout.
• Completes other duties and projects, as assigned, based on company needs.
