Visual Effects Boutique located in Santa Monica is looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager.
We are looking for someone to start immediately to run the front of the office and the facility. Duties include answering phones, receiving clients and visitors, dealing with the day to day facility needs. This includes setting up the office kitchen for the day (making coffee, stocking the fridge, unloading the dishwasher and making a grocery list for that days purchases.) Ordering office supplies as needed, office equipment, computers, keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. You will be in direct contact with clients, the building managers, as well as the General Manager and Owners right hand. You are the go to person for everyones needs!
This position is an excellent entry level opportunity but we would like someone with some office experience. Any post production experience is a plus as well. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Shotgun, internet research and photoshop would be appreciated. Good communication skills, attention to detail are a big help to you and the rest of the staff.
