Receptionist for Business Management Firm
Music/Entertainment Industry
We are a Business Management firm that manages finances for musicians, songwriters, producers, and other high profile clients. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of receptionist.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the owner of the firm (calls, emails, expense reports, ad hoc projects)
- Reception duties: Answering phones, transferring/screening calls, setting up conference calls, greeting guests/clients
- Managing storage/retrieval of boxes
- Maintaining office contacts list
- Admin Support for Office (Sort/distribute mail, creating FedEx accounts, preparing shipment labels, stamping mail, calling messengers, drop off mail/FedEx envelopes)
- Check Deposits
- Other Ad Hoc Projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Experience operating phone systems
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
We are looking for someone able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with a no job too big or too small mentality. It is a great environment with many young people. Would be ideal for anyone trying to gain experience in the Music Business/Accounting world.
