Seeking all Administrative Assistants!
We are an ad agency in Weho, looking for some TEMP admin help! As summer approaches, vacations are being scheduled, so we are looking for some extra back up!
The ideal candidate will be a self - starter, have a positive and friendly attitude, and great communication.
Duties/Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
• Answering busy phone system, directing all calls to the proper employee
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a professional and friendly manner
• Distribute mail and packages as they arrive to the office
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, as well as conference rooms and other working spaces.
• Managing and ordering all supplies and food order to ensure the office is always stocked
• Conducting Fed Ex and Messengers services when needed
• Assisting the CEO and COO in tasks they may ask your help with
• Assisting in tasks asked of you by department heads such as printing, filing, errands, etc.
• May be required to go out of the office to obtain supplies
Looking to conduct interviews ASAP and we will need help end of this week and next!
