Management company (A-list clients) and production company (big budget features) seeks hard-working, personable receptionist.
Candidate will be required to answer phones, be proficient in Outlook to respond to time sensitive emails, manage a calendar, make and confirm appointments. Person will schedule conference room meetings, help organize the kitchen, handle packages, cover desks, oversee run errands, and distribute script coverage to interns.
Will be welcoming, professional, and detail oriented.
Will want to work in the Entertainment industry and possibly move up within one of the companies.
At least 6 months experience (including internships) in the Entertainment industry required.
Phone and calendar management experience required.
