Receptionist position
Talent agency in Beverly Hills currently seeks a Receptionist.
We are seeking an individual that is passionate, interested in entertainment industry, driven, is willing to put in the hard work to succeed, and grow with the company. We are seeking someone that is personable, has a positive attitude, and friendly demeanor.
This is an entry-level position where duties include:
Sorting mail, answering phones, communicating with offices in LA, NY, Nashville, Georgia, and London, special projects as assigned by HR department, and possible coverage on assistants' desks, and assisting Mailroom.
Ability to multi-task and excellent computer and communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate must be a motivated and hard-working person to handle multiple projects at once and have the willingness to assist in all areas of the company. We are seeking an articulate professional who has had industry experience, preferably in a talent agency.
Specific Skills Required:
The ideal candidates should be motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing administrative tasks.
The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Administrative duties include heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, producing correspondence, special projects and additional work as needed.
Requirements:
Previous industry experience a must
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail, keep calendar/appointments/meetings up to date
Ability to multi-task
Professional appearance and presentation
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications:
College degree (preferred)
At least 6 months of relevant administrative experience
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must process strong organizational skills
Must process the ability to play close attention to detail and accuracy
Must have the ability to meet deadlines
Team oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
