We're a COMMERCIAL POST-PRODUCTION facility in Santa Monica, and we're in need of a new RECEPTIONIST. We edit commercials and some features, and have clients in on a regular basis to work on these projects. This job is ideal for someone just starting out in the industry, WHO WANTS TO BECOME AN EDITOR. This job is ''a foot in the door'' -the perfect environment to learn the ropes of the industry.
Our office is a very open and fun atmosphere with a lot of wonderful people who work very hard to produce fantastic commercials. We have a long shuffleboard table that doubles as a company kitchen table if that gives you an idea of our vibe.
Day to day responsibilities include:
-Answering phones and representing the company in a professional manner
-Sending out a daily schedule to the company
-Interacting with clients and staying in constant communication with Client Services and our post-producers regarding their clients.
-Filing an array of paper work
-Compiling a weekly client list of all the agencies we worked with and sending it to producers
-Supporting producers with any small tasks they need to accomplish
