A well established and growing motion picture camera rental house located in North Hollywood, CA, is looking for a pleasant, outgoing, highly motivated, and detailed-oriented RECEPTIONIST.

Minimum Experience
1 Year experience as a receptionist
Qualifications
Knowledge of Windows based computer systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Experience with a Nortel (phone system) and GoldMine (CRM software) is a plus
Job Duties (Not Limited to)
Answering phone and greeting guests
Organizing and inventory of office and kitchen supplies
Coordination of catering and assist with company events
Assisting Accounting and Marketing department with administrative tasks responsibilities
Physical Duties (Not Limited to)
Sitting and standing for long periods of time
Overtime may be required
Occasional Saturdays may be required
Attending/working Trade Shows or other off-hours marketing events is required
Occasionally lifting up to 30-40lbs may be required
