Production company based in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a personable and energetic person to be our receptionist. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment. The candidate should possess excellent people skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, including high-profile guests, over the phone and in-person.
Job responsibilities include:
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer and direct all incoming calls
• Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
• Distribute mail, trades, and deliveries to office staff
• Maintain clean and presentable front desk and lobby area
• Manage postal mail, messenger service, and shipping for the office
• Interface with building management for all office maintenance matters
• Coordinate order for office supplies
• Monitor and maintain kitchen appearance
• Perform special projects and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school degree; Undergraduate degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years experience in reception or other administrative position
• Punctuality is a must
• Must be cordial, personable, energetic and friendly
• Interested in long term, full-time employment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook, is essential
